The Emerald system is remotely accessible by the technical support team at Emerald.  This enabled tutoring and the majority of issues can be solved remotely.

Emerald perform the initial Intro zoom session to help the Emerald customer familiarize themselves with the Emerald system software and usability. Afterwards, they allow several zoom tutorials, making sure customers feel comfortable using the system.
